Should i ask for better shipping? (late shipping ebay)

I bought something off of Ebay Friday, seller told me he'll be on vacation till Wednesday. Would i be in the wrong to ask for faster shipping?

I was on a two week vacation ans someone bought something and I didn't even know. I felt so bad that I refunded their money and sent the item. They still left me bad feedback. Argghh./

Did he state what the handling time was? Shipping time is in addition to handling time.
Also, I it was something that you truly needed ASAP, was eBay you best option. You could always ask but unless he advertised "same day shipping", your prob sol

not if you offer to pay the increased cost of shipping...however, if he is on vacation until wednesday, it is still going to be end of week best case...

He said 3 business day wait and you bought it anyway and now you think he should foot the bill. That is pretty ridiculous on your part IMO.

I interpreted that as it means you have to wait Mon, Tues, and Wed before he ships it.

Heh? eBay is just the medium for someone to sell their product online. And even if they were "open" on the weekend it isn't a business day.

Business days has ALWAYS meant Mon-Fri when it comes to shipping.

Why can't the seller send it on a Saturday, after payments been cleared?
