Many of us have been royally fricked up in public many, many times, but not thrice arrested for it. This cat must be starting shite with people or egging on the police to get busted for it 3 times in a few years.

I saw that happening from across the street at Darwin's. Couldn't tell what was happening because there were three police cars/SUVs and two bike cops. Thought it had to be a fight or someone got hit by a car due to all the police.
