Over is life. I think most people who put it under only do that because they're in a hurry and don't pay attention. Who actually thinks that's better?

I do it under just to piss off my wife. Just like leaving both toilet seats down that way she has to touch it and she can't bitch about it being left up. She's ocd about that stuff
