That is a lot

Sounds like your body is having some challenges absorbing nutrients and sending them out as waste

You should see a physician

Also, are you feeling sluggish? Are you taking a daily multivitamin?

This happened to me, but i had major GI surgery.

Generally speaking your body works worse and less efficient as you age. The official diagnosis is called getting older.

There is a reason you see so many commercials about colon health products

Oh, and i would see a gi doctor soon. Never too early to get checked out.

Colon cancer, for example, is like 98 percent curable IF detected early.

If it isnt, expect a 98 percent death rate

Unless you are gaining a pound a day in weight, you discard as much as you eat, usually the next day. Eat less, discard less. You are probably less active as you were, therefore your body uses less. Same with urine. You drink a gallon you discard exactly a gallon. If not you would know it.

Not true.

Poop is almost pure bacteria. So an imbalance in the digestive track will cause more poop

Note, i endorse seeing a doctor, not doing one of those snake oil colon cleanse products

I'm very disappointed in some of your cliched responses.

This is the OT. It's like amateur hour in here. "AIDS" "shitty situation".

This is the OT D squad in here.

Thanks for the legit responses though. May go see my doctor about it. Only have to go in morning.
