So diet coke, dr pepper, pepsi, and other sodas are ok?
Here is what i did a few months back and am starting again tommorow. I am a Diet Coke addict so i kept that as my vise. But i cut out anything and everything bread. Had a protein bar in the morning. A handful of Almond slivers at about 2 hours later, lunch was normally a teaspoon of peanut butter on a low carb wrap. For dinner i would have chicken breast or a dish made with ground turkey along with alot of green vegtables. Now i changed it up a bit and had different things we would use as cheat snacks, but ended up dropping about 40 lbs in 2 months. The first week of carb withdrawls is hell but once you get into ketosis its alot easier.
Search the internet for low carb meals and snack and add green vegies.
One of our cheat meals would be to take a mission low carb wrap, toast it in the oven for just a min or two and make a pizza out of it, but you have to limit the ammount of pizza sauce you use.
I tried to limit myself to 15 or 20 carbs a day and didn't work out and the weight fell off after about 2 weeks.
