I'll eat my words a little - this is a good point.. still isn't very concrete either way though

I don't understand why he was banned from the bar if he did nothing wrong. Surely someone there would have heard him say the n word

The judge denied that he said it sammys had the gall to ban a prominent BR public official from its established (costs are heavy in smallish towns).

Why is it so unbelievable that he said that ?

I don't mind repeating this but for fricks sake it's been all over the social media.

The Judge has a quite indisputable history of altercations at that VERY spot in Sammy's. I've seen it with my own two eyes. It's comical to the people who know him b/c it's not violent or dangerous. He's just ornery sometimes.

Sammy's was tired of that behavior from management and servers to regulars. That's why they banned him. It was UNRELATED to what was said between he and Kaneitra.

The video shows a woman sharing a barstool with a man, sitting back to back

I could be wrong, but that is not what it appears to show. It looks like the guy with the to-go order, is sitting in the chair and another person is standing behind him. Then as soon as he gets up, someone else (not the person standing by him) sits in the chair.

No post from Gravy yet.

Must be digging deep to spin this one. That or busy at the local Piccadilly for his mid afternoon meal or uploading some new kiddie porn (allegedly)

The same reason the piece of shite store owner in NBR came out and vilified the cops: to do anything else put his business at risk of being burned down.

Oh look who it is.

That video tends to point to him not having said the n word based on everyone's reactions during the altercation.

Why is it so unbelievable to you that she made it up?

Because some of us know him, you ole cooter. And we can vouch that he's never uttered that word at any time at Sammy's, tailgates, crawfish boils.

Because his one noted 'scandal' in 27 years on the bench in 19th jdc was being TOO LENIENT on violent criminals(vast majority are black in 19th jdc).

Because the woman who accused him is on probation for stealing 80k from a local business(the President is a friend of mine) and had a probation revocation hearing in December. SHE'S a CONVICTED FELON. She didn't make a mistake and get a DWI or a barfight. She methodically stole $80k from a small business over the course of a year before being audited.

And now the video. Does it look like anyone in that video got called the N word?

And I just can't help but chuckle at the irony of stealing from a

White Democrat business owner who goes above and beyond to hire blacks in his company and donates to EVERY relevant Democratic candidate.

and then trying to sabotage a White Democrat Judge with history of leniency toward black criminals facing serious charges.

he has been a judge for many years. Has had black defendants defend him and say he did them right. Most people that know him say it would be completely out of his character. The guy can be an arrogant a-hole but that doesn't make it likely he said it. He is an educated man and its doubtful, to me at least, that he would drop the n-bomb in a crowded restaurant.

Now lets discuss why it's so unbelievable to you that she would make it up?

The footage was provided to The Advocate by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office in response to a public records request for video of the incident.
