“According to Mr (name blanked out), the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the Government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area and it is believed the radar interferes with the controlling mechanism of the saucers.”

There is no doubt there is intelligent life out there. Anyone with the understanding of how big the universe can be (since we don't even know), how many stars are within a galaxy. How many planets can be found around a star. How many billions of galaxy's there are, yet Humans and Earth are just so special? To be the only life in this realm?
Hell dinosaurs ruled this planet longer than humans have. They are from the same planet and are alien enough in their own right.
Whether or not intelligent life have been visiting Earth is the real question. Look at how humans are at the brink of space exploration. Our technology has just very recently got us off this planet, and we are all assuming a continued growth. Yet at this very very early stage of becoming an intelligent species, we are even looking for other "Earths" or similar planets that could support life.
Now lets assume there are aliens, which most scientist would agree, do you think they haven't been looking for other life forms as well? We are able to find planets light years away, so a civilization 10 times more advanced than us should be able to find planets and perhaps even Earth. With the age of Earth and the Universe I do think some alien has observed this planet. Also a lot of ancient texts report visitors from the heavens. Yall gotta admit that Earth is a sexy arse planet.
