Well it is discussion worthy that it demonstrates some of the most significant rising of sea water probably occurred before humans started burning fossil fuels at the levels we currently do.

It minimizes the impact of mankind's influence.

Yeah, because frozen water that is, in effect, "land" is the exact same thing as liquid water.
