So basically they heard something in the radio range from space where *gasp* THESE SIGNALS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME though we might not catch them, and all of a sudden it falls into the "class" of communication level that aliens (who are not proven to exist) would be thought to have encapsulated an entire star/planet to provide power to their civilization?
