Let's say that a kid was bullied when he was in 3rd grade by a 4th grader. The bullying was nearly everyday. Sometimes the 3rd grader would be shoved down, shoved against walls, school supplies stolen, and other times he would be punched in the gut. And at the time the 4th grader was much bigger than the 3rd grader.

FF to present day. The 3rd grader never forgot the 4th graders name and he found out where the 4th grader works. He's seen the 4th grader, who is about 5'10 180 now. The 3rd grader is about 6'2 225 now. Would you consider it "psyco" if he 3rd grader confronted the 4th grader at the right time and caved his face in?

Just a random scenario. TIA!

Yes. If someone hasn't gotten over what happened in 3rd grade I'd call him psycho.

I wouldn't think it was weird if you didn't hire him or something. But physically going after him is pretty stupid.

Definitely not physco. Confront his arse and let him know how much better you are than him. Honestly, you might find out that he lives a sad and pathetic life compared to you, which might be the best validation. Then slit his throat and skin him from head to toe and wear his skin like a onesie.

No, the fourth grader may have it bad at home. I would let it pass.
