Passed me up in Lake Charles, had a brown Mississippi license plate with "manufacturer" on it. Nice looking car.

Last yr on the GTR forum, the 2015 models can be had new for as low as $82K due to poor sales. $10K+ off sticker.

I thought they weren't sold in the states. Are they offering them for sale now?

BTW, I've never seen a manufacturer plate.

You can get them at Nissan dealerships in the U.S. They'll sit on the showroom floor for a year plus without buyers.

I picked up my brand new 15 premium for $82500.00 out the door plus tax here in Colorado. It was on his floor for 364 days. Look for small Nissan dealers that do not have multiple stores.

Whoa, see a 74 Pinto busting I 12 outside of Hammond - cruising at 73mph - always wanted one.

There's a white and a red one in BR. I've seen the white one twice near Highland and 10. The red one I've seen on college drive.

It is a fast car, but just a boring ride. And it looks kinda boring as well.

Just my opinion.

Exactly. If you want a car with that performance in that price range the Tesla S P85D, its way nicer and a legit sedan with the same performance. If you are willing to sacrifice a little performance, which most people would because what really is the difference between 0-60 in 3 seconds and 4 seconds in your daily life, you can get a sweet European ride.

Nothing boring about it's performance. Especially since its quicker than some cars that crank out 30-40 percent more power.

Nobody would buy a GT-R and not plan to attend every track day they possibly could. If I could afford a GT-R, I'd probably also have another daily driver because I'd be rich as frick. I'd also take my GT-R out on the streets every once in a while to stunt on you in your BMW.

There is a gigantic Nissan plant on I-55 I'm Mississippi. I can only assume it's someone from there.

And they've been sold here since they've been produced IIRC.

no. Not even close.

I realize the tesla is fast in a straight line (for 1/4 mile anyway) but it doesn't even sniff the GTR's on track capability, and after that 1/4 mile it's getting reeled in and passed.

Performance is more than how fast can I get from A-B in a straight line.

A group was racing on a new road in the southern Green Swamp. A GT-R and a BMW were running and a Lamborghini crossed the median. The GT-R hit it, killing both people in the Lambo.

Investigators have said there was no racing involved and did not mention the BMW. Witnesses rolling around on ATV's say different.

The R35 started production in Japan in 2007. They started selling them in the US since 2009. Resale still pretty good but I hope they drop some when the R36 comes out. Like to pick up a slightly used one.
