Any number of accidents could disrupt this attempt to stabilize the oil price at the current level. Yet Saudi Arabia's willingness to accept $50 as the new normal should reduce volatility, making the market more boring for speculators but friendlier to oil producers and consumers.

Looks like there will be truck nutts for everyone soon?

frick the Saudis and anything they say. There will come a time that nearly every country in the ME will realize that their current wealth is fleeting. There is no value in sand and they will eventually need "greener" countries to survive.

Meh.
The Saudies will be making a lot more noise next year in the US. Watch Motiva and see what they move on once they break away from the Shell partnership.

Absolutely zero. ONG jobs make my life better but don't rule my world. My business is hedged enough to live without ONG but thrive with it.

They must have gotten Hillary's assurances that she'll get rid of the guy in Syria and let them build their pipeline to sell NG to the EU.

was a NG pipeline proposed that would go through syria?

That would be a huge reason why Russia will not leave the current conflict

Rumor has it that's why they're fighting to keep Assad in charge.

It was always a game of "who has the deepest pockets" with the Saudis. They were trying to flood the market to frick the Russians and Iranians as well as hamstring our fracking industry.

I guess they finally found out how deep their pockets are
