Retirement Fund Roll Over Advice

An old 401K is about to be terminated and I will be able to roll it over into IRA and a Roth IRA. I open a Vanguard account to roll the 215K into. I have 36K in current employer 401K program and 50K in stocks. I am 34 yrs old and contribute 10% with a company match of 8%. What funds does the MB recommend to roll over the 215K into. About 40K will be rolled into a Roth IRA with the rest in a traditional IRA. TIA
