Removing Erroneous MVR "incidents"?

Anyone have experience with getting "at fault accidents" removed from an MVR?
They're claiming I filed a claim for an accident in New York in 2013, and I haven't lived in NY since 2003.
I spoke with my policy holder and they said I should call "Lexis Nexis" and get a "Clue Report" to dispute, but I'm wondering if anyone here has any advice to get these errors removed?
What kind of proof can I provide that it wasn't me, etc?
TIA.

I have to hire a lawyer to get things removed...?
That sounds like a little over-kill to start with...

Clue report is your insurance claims. You get one free one annually. Motor and homeowner insurance.
MVR is the actual tickets, etc. You'll have to go to traffic court to remove the items from your MVR but I believe it supposed to "fall off" after a certain number of years.

C.L.U.E. Report
You can dispute items on your CLUE report and the insurance company has 30 days to respond.

For some reason, they were "UNABLE TO VERIFY IDENTITY AND UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST" during registration...
I verified that all information was accurate and viable.
And obviously, their offices are "Closed at the moment"... I hate no support when 90%+ of people have time to do this kind of shite...

You didn't freeze your credit did you? I got that same message (doing something else entirely) and I had to unfreeze my credit with Experian before my identity could be verified.
