Reggie's bar placed on 45-day suspension, fined $8,000 after underage-drinking sting

The ATC commissioner's biggest concern among Reggie's violations were minors on the premise and minors in possession of alcohol.
Reggie's faced fines to possible revocation of its liquor license following an undercover operation sting at the bar last month that led to the bar being cited for allowing underage patrons inside and allegedly permitting "improper conduct" on its grounds.
Thursday's decision came two days after 19th Judicial District Judge Mike Caldwell dissolved a temporary restraining order from another Baton Rouge judge that allowed the popular haunt for LSU students to remain open over the Fourth of July holiday following the ATC's June 27 suspension of the bar's liquor license.

Only thing to make it better is for Fred's to buy them out and knock down the middle wall for expansion.

I feel like 8k is getting off super easy.
They can make that much off underaged kids in a weekend so why stop?

Suspension ends August 28th. They'll miss syllabus week and the first weekend of the school year. Open with a few days to spare before LSU vs. BYU.
