i'll have to look at the map of BR but if it's like NOLA where all the cameras are in white areas, i'd see if I can file suit bc they're not distributed fairly among racial groups.

of course if BR is majority black like NOLA and no neighboring majority white neighboring area has them, that's racist as well

but I guess it's okay for big city governments to be racist
