Non trashy people use Beau Box. He only does commercial real estate, but non trashy people don't own residential property in BR.

I used Ginger Maulden with Coldwell Banker to sell my house earlier this year and to sell my grandfather's house that flooded, which we have the closing for tomorrow. She was the second realtor I listed my house with. The first realtor, who is with Remax, was noncommunicative and put no effort into selling my house. Ginger was the complete opposite and I highly recommend her. Ginger is also the 2016 GBRAR President Elect.
