Recommendations for a good gym in Covington?

Moved from Baton Rouge in May so now looking for a new gym. While I have nothing at all against Franco's, Im looking for a place that isnt in Mandeville due to my wife working in the Covington area as well.
My only request are the following:
- Child care
- Preferably opens around 4:00/04:30 am if possible
- Pretty decent amount of free weights
I work in New Orleans east so Im not totally opposed to an Anytime Fitness type place but are those set up where I can go to ANY anytime fitness whether Im in NOLA or Covington or only locations that a particular owner has? Ive considered the LA Fitness in Slidell but that rules out being able to go to the gym on the weekends.

YMCA provides it here, not in Covington though

The Y in Covington has childcare.

Stay away from Reds Gym in Lafayette.

Why not? Kids need a strict routine when they are young.
All kidding aside, no I wouldnt bring my kids to the gym at that time. Because I tend to work later hours, I prefer to work out in the mornings before work. But the kids loved going to the gym in the evenings when we were in BR.

We've considered the Y but I guess I would need to find out if I would be able to use any YMCA location or just the one I sign up at.

The childcare is phenomenal.
The staff is professional and courteous.
The members are nice as well.
Perfect for families.

Franco's has child care, but its in Mandeville along 22. Depending on where in Covington you're located, could be a haul.
