I'm 24 use to be fit in highschool and haven't really ran in a long time since today. Going from no excerise to running is no joke.

I'm not huge but can lose a few pounds. Motivation is my daughter and wife.

I'm ashamed it took this long to realize but at least Im doing something about it but I feel like I'm going to die.

STop the running unless you are training for some kind of running race that is important to you. long term that isn't a great plan.

I recommend weight training. Quit doing alcohol and bad fast food and get into the gym and start pushing iron.
