Whatever technology they used needs to be deployed on Bait Car. Instead of disabling the vehicle (hug-a-thug style), just blast both front wheels off while in pursuit.

Amazing the amount of forces involved here.

For what thats worth.
Look at Alonso in Melbourne last year. Best statement of the year was from him (as usual). Said the reason he got out his car so fast us because he didn't want his mom to worry about him.

You gotta love Alonso. 
I imagine Verstappen is a big fan of them. Do you remember the crash he had with Grojean in Monaco 2 years ago? Verstappen was trying to get underneath him on the front straight but couldn't quite get there. They came together and Max's front left snapped off and was coming right at his face until the tether stopped it.
