Serious question- how much caffeine are you taking throughout the day?

Most recent info from FDA suggests up to 400mg of caffeine per day can be part of a healthy diet. FYI.

I can't quit caffeine. Headaches off and on for weeks. But I don't need much. Just a cup or two of coffee (10-12oz cups) max. I see no reason to quit.

I don't think they're suggesting that you ingest 400mg per day. I think it's more like a safety guideline.

Depending on the level of intake it will be about 2 weeks of misery and short temper before you get stable.

Gave coffee up for lent a few years ago. Never again. Never.

I've been off caffeine entirely since the week of Mardi Gras. It's was rough the first week or so. I'm still getting use to it, but it's pretty easy at this point. It's nice to not be a daily slave to some drug.

You can do it dude. Me and my wife both did it. Haven't had a cup of coffee, soda,or sweet tea in two years. Had some hellacious headaches for about a month but felt really damn good afterward.
