No matter what the money savings is that they put up on those billboards for the anti-smoking ads...

The best ever advertisement is the one showing how nice and healthy a lung looks so many odd months after you quit smoking!

Congrats!

Do you mind telling how you did it? I'm struggling to find a way to quit.

Pneumonia. I was literally unable to inhale the smoke into my lungs. It physically would not get into my lungs. So I didn't smoke for about 2 or 3 days. Then just decided to see if I could go "one more day". Then about two weeks later, I had it licked.

good luck!

Trying to smoke while sick is the perfect reason to quit

I used a patch om both arms. It made me nauseated for about two weeks and I couldn't even think about cigs.

I quit 4 years ago and not to be a smartass in any way it was simple. Do not pick up a cigarette and put it into your mouth no matter how badly you want it. I had zero luck with patches potions or pills. After a month or so the cravings subside but never really 100% go away, or have not yet.

They do go away, but turn to disgust at the smell of cigarette smoke.
Saw multiple people creeping outside to smoke in the CBD this past Monday. That in itself would make me want to quit.

You smoked 2.5 packs a day? Unless you were getting packs for $4 you saved way more than $20,000.
