Is the pressure change associated with Cindy enough to cause vision changes? The storm is passing near me today and my eyesight is noticeably worse

The storm probably brought a bunch of chemtrails with it.

Dunno, but all of this overcast weather is giving me S.A.D.

I climbed Kilimanjaro several years ago. At the summit the pressure is 56% sea level pressure. My vision was fine.

At the top of Everest of course it's low enough that most people require bottled oxygen. They report it's really beautiful at the top.

So I'm guessing the answer to your question is no it isn't anywhere close.

My vision changes with changes in atmospheric pressure.

So yes, it's possible.

Probably the humidity, not the air pressure.
