So I had a phone interview a few days ago. It went really well, and we're planning an in-person interview in a few weeks. Should I send a thank you email to the guy I spoke with during the phone interview? I know it's a good practice following an in-person interview, but I didn't know if the same was true for a phone interview.

Is it overkill if I send flowers with a note, hand-written in calligraphy?

If you've already secured an in person interview, no need to send a thank you note. Just wait until after your in person meeting.

This. And in the future, you want to send a thank you email the day you have an interview.

Agree, as long as it is with the same person.
