Gotcha. Outside of like working out or being outside for a while, the only time in teh day I really sweat is with the morning coffee. I sit at a desk most of the day so hopefully it shouldn't be too big of an issue.

i sometimes sweat a bit in the morning if i'm brushing the pool, putting trash in the car to take to the dump, etc.

but for 'normal' things like working or walking around the office and going up and down stairs..nope.

I grabbed my old spice when reading this and it's 17% aluminum.

I cannot use the blue old spice because I get a reaction from it, old spice is the only thing that keeps me from sweating.

Had no idea it had aluminum in it until this thread.

I wouldn't know. Deodorant and anti perspirant are for neanderthals.

not wearing wither makes you smell like a neanderthal.

i've been using old spice for probably 10 years now and haven't had a hard yellowed tshirt in that time. the tshirts now fall apart and are still soft and white.

Old Spice has aluminum in it if it's antiperspirant though.

My hope is that since the shirts themselves are white, I can go ham with some sort of chemical concoction and apply just to the isolated areas.

Bleach the shite out of them and it will take care of it.

They make both.

Spoken like a true lower being. I don't use them because I simply do not nor have I ever needed them because I don't stink.

I use Tom's and let me tell you this: it doesn't work for shite. It is strictly a deodorant and will not prevent anything. I can smell myself later in the day. I'm gonna have to try something else soon.

EDIT: I'm reading some responses saying that it gets better after 2 weeks or so. My friend said the same thing to me earlier. I guess I'll stick with it and see.

I switched from anti perspirant to deodorant only and haven't been too pleased so far

You obviously sweat more and by the end of the day the deodorant doesn't seem to cover up the slight stench

I may try a couple more brands before going back to AP

Laughing at the posters on here concerned with absorbing aluminum through their armpits because it might cause cancer or alzheimers while they smoke a cig and sip alcohol.

You absorb a lot more aluminum into your body from smoking than from putting on deodorant.

Aluminum absorption through the skin in normal application of antiperspirant is negligible.

Anybody stinking up an office and flashing pit stains because they are afraid of absorbing aluminum into their skin from their antiperspirant needs to hand in their conservative republican card for a tree hugging libtard card immediately.

Try rubbing lemon juice under your arms. It might stop you from sweating.

Maybe deodorant too.

You could always make your own deodorant, but who has time for that
