So yesterday 3-9-16 I was leaving McDonalds off of Seigen Lane and I-10. This car caught my eye and as I sat there in traffic I watched. Out popped these low life's out of a new Galant car. They pulled out their book sacks from the trunk and got their dog out from inside. 1 guy went left down Seigen and the other guy went and stood at the Interstate light.
Evidently from comments they do this in Denham at the interstate as well.

I think these same guys have been "busted" many times before.

Siegan seems like a terrible place to pan handle
Traffic is dangerous AF and everyone is already pissed off because no one knows how to drive down there, so I doubt they feel the goodness in their heart to give a hobo a dollar

I knew it.
They are everywhere on Corporate and College. They look younger and "healthier" if you get my drift.

It's long been rumored there's some guy in BR who essentially pimps out all the homeless around 10 and 12. He apparently lets them all shack up in some house and arranges transportation.

And they prob still make bank off of all the snowflakes and do-gooders.

Are they really "busted?" If you want to stand out on a corner all day and beg for money, more power to you. Its not like anyone actually has to give them money

I will never forget a guy on the side of the road with a "need food, please help" cardboard sign. It was on North 22nd street and I had some MRE's in my truck. I rolled down the window and gave him 3. He politely threw them back in the back of my truck and said, "F*** U!"

I saw a guy do this with a dog and a gas can in a wal mart parking lot. Jumped out of a newish Dodge Durango.
Don't give money to panhandlers, they are just freeloading POS
Actual homeless people know where to go to utilize help and resources

The same group of African American kids can be seen asking for money every weekend on the corner of lobdell and Jefferson.

Apparently, there is a group home or something off Siegen, so that's why you get a lot of pan handlers. And all those group homes are awful, people run those to get government money and don't look after the people staying there or give them any kind of help. It was horrible out there a couple of Saturdays ago. A guy was getting in all the traffic lined up in the exit. And people were walking across Siegen. That shopping center across from Super Target, with Big Lots, Dollar Tree and Zoorona gets awful. You'll see multiple people in wheelchairs rolling around.

The interstate exit panhandling game is for the most part a business for lazy people who just dont want to get jobs. True homeless people live in downtown/heavily populated areas.

Saw them in Denham before and also have seen tons of complaints on Facebook about them doing the same thing in Denham for a long time now
