Many of you were as mad as I was when it was announced that Chic fil a was taking the spicy chicken biscuit off the menu for some gluten free shite but I went this morning and asked for it. They still had it but it was not on the actual menu. Also did not know you can get the waffle fries instead of hashbrowns with the meal. Good way to start my morning! Enjoy y'alls weekend.
End of PSA.

Talked to the manager at the store in the heights in Houston.
Apparently, the spicy biscuit (aka the greatest single breakfast item ever bestowed upon mankind) isn't popular at all outside of some markets in the south (frickin Yankees).
The southern markets where it sells well revolted and demanded they be allowed to keep it so corporate backed off and let each market choose whether or not to retain it.
The menus were all updated without it though, I've seen some stores put stickers on the menu with the option for spicy.

Yea we've got a family friend who owns one, and it's all gonna be a regional decision. All throughout the Deep South you should be more than fine as anyone with half a tastebud knows the spicy chicken biscuit is what angel pussy tastes like.
The issue is gonna be the borderline states. I know my cousin in Charlotte said he went to one that didn't have one. I've heard the same thing about some places in South Carolina. Dumbass yanks.

It's only 10:30 in the morning and I'm pretty sure this will be the best thing I hear all day.

It isn't just Yankees, it's west coasters too. When I lived in southern CA, people at McDonalds were gobbling down Egg McMuffins like no tomorrow. The menu doesn't even feature biscuits since so few people there order them. Also, when I ate at a Cracker Barrel in Ohio, all of my friends substituited biscuits for toast.
Outside of the south, people hate biscuits with a passion. Many find them disgusting.

As a general rule, you can do whatever you want at Chickfila
Biscuit plain, with butter, with cheese, etc. - fine
Coupons your mom made and wrote by hand - we'll take them
Menu items we don't advertise anymore - sure
Dwarf houses are the best, as you can get hash browns with cut up chickfila nuggets/filet in them

You've never had the chicken on sunflower seed bagel at CFA, so you can't comment on which is better. My preference for the bagel has nothing to do with a hatred for biscuits. I love biscuits.
While not the case with other fast food, Chick fil a's regular chicken sandwiches (and biscuits, for that matter) are better than their spicy. Altering the breading of chick fil a chicken is damn near blasphemous.

Wait, did they get rid of the spicy part or the biscuit part?
The Chick-fil-A in Metairie still has the biscuit on the menu, it doesn't say spicy but I just order it and say "spicy"

I prefer the mcmuffin over a biscuit.
