Played Carter today, it's in real nice shape after all the rain lately. Greens were very fast and smooth..........probably by the end of the day they'll need to roll them after the scramble. Why can't people fix a ball mark and pick their feet up?

I haven't played there in a long time. Played beaver creek this morning.

Where is this Carter you speak of? Surely can't be Carter Plantation. That place is a dump

Carter Plantation is one of the best courses in this area. Unless it has really gone downhill in the past year.

I've only played it once, in April, and it was pitiful. Bad enough where it's not worth the drive to give it another go

Damn, that sucks it has fallen so far. I used to go play there instead of boring Pelican Pointe or 6 hour round Santa Maria.

Not sure he is more involved than designing it. His name was everywhere in the pro shop last time I played.

He's designed two pretty shitty courses in LA that I know of. Carter, obviously, and one of the trashiest courses in the entire gulf coast region: La Tour.

That's more like an opinion and question rather than a PSA.

because they're sorry, good-for-nothing lazy assholes who should have acid dripped through their eye-sockets until there are two holes in the back of their head ... every soldier returning from active duty would have a job in my government as a sniper, armed with the most powerful pellet guns possible, perched over every golf hole in the country ...

I pay fees for a round of golf. You want me to do landscaping and raking too?
