Just got home from work and watching all the protests on cnn in different cities and they are blocking traffic acting like it happened in their city. I'm so glad the people in Baton Rouge are not acting that way.

Hard to block traffic in BR when it's already at a stand still.

It was great fielding questions today at work about my racism.

I saw some officers last night and overheard the mention of the threats by protesters to block traffic on major roadways. I commented that, unlike in normal cities, our drivers are already pissed off from the time they leave their driveway in the morning and that some people will be getting run over if they try that here. We all had a laugh.

I understand what the protesters say to the camera and what not, but what kind of conversation do they have among themselves? Maybe I'm giving them too much credit, but man to man they can't truly believe the officers deserve some sort of legal punishment in this case.

I'd be surprised if it stayed quiet. The professional rioters are enroute
