tons of area to do it, and being adjacent to a GA airport makes it easy for talent to get there.

Love the concert venue idea. The N.O. music scene continues to get bigger and bigger and this would be a nice addition.

Shelve the water park idea. All those places do is attract trash no matter where they are it seems.

shite like this gets proposed in NOLA a few times a year, and they never seem to happen.

This would be the only way I would support it. Needs to be at least $40 per day and offer a $1,000 seasonal pass

Wish they'd do that with Blue Bayou/Dixie Landin'. It has potential to be a much better place.
