I realize there is racism in our society. So why do many minorities resort to these faked instances to demonstrate something that is supposedly so rampant?

So she thinks this is because she is black. Not because she was going 22 over the speed limit, was driving with a suspended license, and had two 4 year old unpaid parking tickets.
