Pre-flight brawl interrupts flight from NRT to LAX

I just read about them.
The upside is they have virtually no rapes or violence in the prisons.
The downside is that the guards can exercise almost total control of the population and it is like boot camp to the extreme.
You won't get raped but you will be miserable as frick.

The way they do the death penalty is freaky. It's rarely imposed, but when it is, it can be carried out at any time. The condemned only has a couple hours notice that today is the day.

And they do it with a sharp samurai sword on the spot right there in the cell. They don't play. No last meal either.
