Might explain why there were so many damn PPSO vehicles out on patrol on my trip to Venice and back just now.. I'll have to ask the guys at work tomorrow what happened, something like this doesn't go down quiet down here..

This happened in Empire, LA. That's far from an inner city. From what I hear this guy gets arrested a couple times every year and fakes seizures
