In March 1993, while on a trip to Sudan, Carter was preparing to photograph a starving toddler trying to reach a feeding center when a hooded vulture landed nearby. Carter reported taking the picture, because it was his "job title", and leaving. He was told not to touch the children for fear of transmitting disease. He committed suicide three months after winning the Pulitzer Prize.

Why is everyone up in arms over that pic? It's been around forever and there are atleast 20 heavy pics in the thread.

a pic that has been posted here several times before, an emaciated African boy with a vulture sitting nearby waiting
I dont see anything wrong with that. The world is a shitty place. Why bury your head in the sand and pretend like this sort of stuff doesnt happen. Newsflash, it's happening right now.

GMoney28....Delete Please.
Every time I watch that...the thing that frustrates me more than anything is watching the Bama punter #29, have the angle, (yeah I know it is a punter), and act like he is playing 1 hand tag. Even a little force could have pushed him out of bounds.
Dude pulls up and looks like he got worried he was about to fall down...at least lay out and miss the guy..
Yes, you touched a bad part of my memory.
