Mine is still a work in progress. It started out as a storage room. I've painted the walls and floors and added a window unit. It'll probably be a year or two before I have it the way I really want it

that's pretty neat, but I don't get the appeal of having a mancave like that that doesn't have a main team-theme. That guy has all different sports, different players, different teams. Like ok we get it, you like sports. But I like seeing areas that are devoted to a particular organization. Just seems more genuine.

The "pub" man cave is the style that I like the most.
One like this is probably the most realistic and achievable...
