Ebola-like symptoms are also similar to so many other illnesses, especially at first. They would have to have more to go on to freak out like this. The person must have recently traveled from Africa or know someone closely who did. Otherwise why in the world would you ever jump to the conclusion that it could be Ebola?

Remember when 80% of the OT thought Ebola would kill millions? Good times, fricking idiots.

The mass hysteria that we saw on the OT was hilarious. I'll never forget it.

That was great. They wanted us to stop flying planes to Africa, arrest anyone who had traveled to Africa all for a disease that can't be transmitted unless symptoms were present.

I may or may not have contributed to that, for one reason or another.

Now, here I am in Bham. Karma's a bitch.

Whatever became of the Ebola Czar? Is he still Czaring, or did his position expire after the "scare" went away?

Yes, but now you know how hard it is for Ebola to spread in a country like the US.

You ever been West of downtown Bham? Errybody frickin' errybody up in thur. Then some of them will go eat fast food or break into cars at the Galleria. One cut from broken arse glass and it's in Hoover. From Hoover, it's at 30-A within eight hours. From there, the world.

Hoping its not Ebola (obviously).. Live about 6 blocks from UAB.. Knew I should've moved to NOLA.

ETA: Also don't understand peoples desires to touch a bunch of sick or dead people. I get it is your tradition but maybe you should get with the program and realize that Not getting Ebola > traditions.

30-A is the gateway to SELA also. Then who's gonna be laughing?
