Last time I got a ticket for that I went and got an inspection and brought proof to the court and they wiped it

I got one about 2 years ago. I don't remember exactly how much, but I want to say it was around 100 USD.

You should be able to get a new one and take proof to the courthouse and get it cleared. That's how MS is anyway.

They were checking for seat belts two weeks ago at that location. Whatever, it keeps the uninsured motorists from cutting through the neighborhood so it works for me.
