Yep and he'll probably only be forced to pay a fine. If someone can do this to an innocent dog there's no reason to think they aren't capable of doing it to a child.

Good point. But surely a case of animal cruelty to this degree will warrant significant jail time, right?

I'm not usually one to get bent out of shape by animal cruelty but that is just monstrous.

i'd like to take a tie wrap and wrap it around his genitals, pull it as tight as i can, hack his hands off and tell him if you can chew that thing off your dick, do it. Otherwise, I'll see you in a week or so.
