Plastic bumper cover reattachment

The plastic that covers the rear bumper of my truck is a little loose. This is the kind that sits on top of the metal and has plastic pieces that go through holes in the metal to clip it on. Some of the pices that clip it on have broken off, causing the looseness. Anyone have good ways to fix this beyond just bolting it on?

3M double stick tape would work decent.
Best - Stick it back on with an automotive grade 2 part adhesive. Most body shops have it in stock, and would only charge a small amount to glue it back on.
3M 8115 for $35 works the best on plastic to metal repairs, but the gun to apply it would cost you $60.
