Place in BR to re-home a dog?

My wife's grandfather has been placed in a home and I am looking for a place in town that would rehome a small dog. It is an older chihuahua. I would like to find a place that won't euthanize the dog.

No my house is not a long term solution. My inlaw so flooded and they are staying with us and their dog doesn't get along with his. I also have a two year old that does not seem to like it.
