BATON ROUGE- Kenneth Gleason was arrested on new charges over night and has already made bail.
Gleason, a man identified by police as a person of interest in two deadly shootings last week, was arrested just after midnight Tuesday morning.
He was charged with theft, by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office. Deputies were responded on Wednesday to a Books-A-Million located at 2380 Towne Center Boulevard regarding the theft of a book.
Deputies say Gleason walked passed all points of sale with the book and exited the store without paying.
His bond was set by the on duty judge $500.

They probably arrested him as a person of interest because he was in the wrong place and fit the description of
