Of course

According to the results of the study, the only group impacted at a statistically significant level (with a likelihood greater than 5%) were white women. Silicon Valley influencer Kieran Snyder also found that women get the short end of the stick when it comes to reviews. She looked at 248 reviews across 28 companies, and found that while 58.9% of the reviews received by men contained critical feedback, 87.9% of reviews received by women did. Many of these reviews were critical of women’s personalities, with feedback on presentation and tone surprisingly common.

Step 2: receive good performance review
Step 3: ???
Step 4: profit

Through observation at work, when two men disagree they close the door and hash it out no one gets overly upset. When two women disagree the entire floor knows about it and the normally sweet sounding cordial woman is a raging bull. Passion is something women have inherently more of than men, tapering that passion and controlling ones tone and presentation is critical to bettering oneself. Men often suffer with organizational skills, the sexes are different, thank God.

I'm just saying...

If you're hot, flirty, and have big tits, you're getting a raise. Period.

Smart, resourceful, etc, has only a small portion to do with the decision.

I like to tell the women in my office that their "ANnuAL" review is coming up, with a winky face.

I usually get slapped with a sexual harassment charge, but they know it's all in good fun.

Not my employees. Again, with a winky face.

Many companies have stopped holding annual performance reviews. There is a managerial theory that states weekly one on one meetings are more effective in terms of employee success

3 weeks the manager asks "what do you have going on this week? Is there anything you need from me to help you complete these tasks?"

1 week per month the manager asks bigger picture questions such as, "how would you like to grow within the company, within your profession?"

We had one girl that was doing some contract work for us.

One of the companies she was working with had another woman she was doing work with as a contact. They go into a stupid female bitchfest and she blew a $500,000 a year contract for just being a catty, stupid bitch.

The CEO went ballistic and fired her on the spot after speaking with the company we had the contract with. He has yet to hire a woman that is in anything to do with making money.

To be fair, anecdotally, I've had a situation where a woman was viewed as aggressive or bitchy for doing things that men do all the time and are thought of as strong and showing initiative. It's funny, just the word "aggressive" conjures up good images for men, but terrible images for women. We want aggressive businessmen, but hate aggressive businesswomen.

Or women just suck

More annoying: women who want to do a man's job, but can't carry a man's weight.

It's funny because you know the ones complaining about their personalities were other women. I would take that shite to the bank.

The 12% of women who didn't have their attitude discussed talk about how shatty women are to each other with their male coworkers. If you have more than one woman in the office you will have problems.
