People who won't pee in urinals

I've seen several people in public restrooms who walk in and go to the stalls to pee even if there are urinals open. What's the reason for this? Embarrassed about someone seeing their junk? Avoiding piss mist?

You're the reason they go to the stall. You're fricking staring at them as they walk in all starry eyed and shite and they glimpse over and see you gawking so they choose the stall. Stop creeping, and they'll start peeing in the urinals

True story. I was at the casino one time with my brother in law and some dude pissed all over his shoe at the urinal. There was a full line of open urinals, this weirdo chose the one right next to him. I was at the end of the line of urinals at the end of the bathroom and heard the argument. I didn't look at them because that would have been weird. I couldn't stop laughing. My brother in law was less amused.

If I'm wearing sandals, I wont take the urinal next to someone due to ricochet. I don't do stall only tho. That's just the "I don't want you to look at my bird" move.
