I just ignore them and their conversations.
Same way I do two regular people when they are having a conversation.

I used to work with two people whose offices were next door to each other and they still talked to each other on their speakerphones at full volume with their office doors wide open.

I blame those reality shows. These jackasses are mimicking what they see on TV. The funny thing is that it's only done so that the cameras can capture both sides of the conversation.
