People who suck: Casino edition

I enjoy playing blackjack, but I wish there were a way I could play at a table where all the people didn't completely suck.
1. People who get mad at the dealer when they lose as if the dealer has any control over the cards. Even worse, people who get mad about not winning the side bet. Do they realize they can just not play it?
2. People who don't know how to play or simply can't count. For example, they get a soft 14 and sit there and think about whether to hit or not as the whole table just stares at them.
3. Smokers. Usually doesn't bother me, but every now and then you'll have an a-hole just waving a cigarette all over the place. The smoke is then all over the place and you feel like the one chain smoking

5. People who want you to bet the way they want you to bet so THEY can make money. After all, it's not like you are playing with your own money.

$25 tables and up is the only way I play black jack anymore.

Oh yeah, I forgot about another big one for me. The table hoppers who are in one hand, out the next, then go to a different table and come back mid-shoe.

People who say "well the book says you should" drive me nuts.
Also the ones that get mad at you when you hit and then bust out and comment "that would of been my card"

People who when the dealer has 12, leans over the table and waves his hands over everybody's cards for them to stay.
