What kind of dumb do you have to be? Drive way space available. Let me park in the entire lane.

What if they don't want to block someone else in? Or be blocked in themselves? Why does this really bother you?

I strongly dislike these people and wish bad things upon them.
It's a douchebag litmus test.

Also why do idiots park outside the lines in parking lots??

It should be socially acceptable to key portions of cars that are on or over parking lot lines.

what I don't understand are people who park in the street directly across from another vehicle already parked in the street. you must not value your side view mirrors

This is only acceptable on occasion. Like if you have visitors over or you parked because you knew another family member was leaving soon. But to just assume you can use the street (which everyone pays for) to use as your parking lot is just wrong. We have a couple people on our street who constantly park in the street every day. One is in a curve where you co stantly see people having to stop and back up due to two cars trying to pass. If you can't afford a house with enough parking, maybe you should look into a less expensive neighborhood or drop a vehicle.

We have 3 cars at my house. We park two in the driveway and one in front the house on the street.

I'll fight any of you about it.

But do you park the entire thing in the street? I'm talking about the entire fricking vehicle.

Frick I'll take anyone parking in an area meant for cars over jackwagons that park on sidewalks, grass, landscaping, or anywhere else not meant for a car. So its busy, walk your fat arse down the street one block and park in the street instead of being lazy and parking where ever the heck you want.

We have a couple of people like that in my neighborhood. I can understand if the driveway is full and you park on the street, but we have people with a driveway completely empty and park in the street. This make people swerve into the other lane and I have almost been hit head on by people not paying attention who go around the car and never look to see if anything else is coming.

I always parked in the street when I was still living with my parents because we only had a single driveway. Mom always parked in the driveway and I didn't want to get blocked in in case I wanted to go somewhere in the evening and didn't want to be blocking her in and have to get up to move my car at 6:00 am when she was leaving for work, so I just parked in the street to avoid the hassle.

Do you not have a garage? Or a car port at least? No way you can't get three cars on to your own property unless you either A) have a tiny little single car drive way and possibly no garage, or B) have a double wide driveway and garage but have too much shite in your garage to get your cars in, or C) have the room but don't want to block any of the vehicles.

If A - you're poor
If B - your're a trashy slob
If C - you're a lazy arse

Keep your vehicles on your own damn property.

Thanks

We have a 1 car drive (old house, old neighborhood) so I park my truck on the street and let my wife park in the driveway. All the houses in the neighborhood have 1 or 2 car drives, so most folks have cars parked on the street. Most everyone gets as close to the curb as possible and it works out fine. The only real thoroughfare through the neighborhood has wide enough streets that cars can be parked on both sides and cars still have enough room to get through on both sides. Historic neighborhoods generally require a lot of on-street parking.

Now what pisses me off is when someone parks in front of my damn house. That's my spot, bitch.

I have room in the garage but I don't want to block anyone in. Here's my house:

Everyone on the street does it. Our street is wide:

Do you encounter a lot of these people as you are driving away from your apartment?

I don't give a shite about your hassle when it's causing me hassle (I've had several issues due to this parking befire). Buy a house with a bigger driveway if you have too many cars. Again, every once in a while is acceptable. All the time is inconsiderate. Its against the law where I live, but no one enforces it apparently.
