Coworker is sitting here eating 10 feet away from me and sounds like a horse who hasn't ate in 15 days.

I had an office mate that I got along great with, but he made the most awful sounds while eating. Mostly smacking. It drove me crazy.
I would call him out on it: "Hey man, would you mind closing your mouth while you ate?". He usually obliged, but it would eventually get loud again.

I used to work with a Haitian guy who smacked so loud, you could hear him from 40 ft away. Drove me crazy. Hell of a nice guy, though.
