People who don another school's gear while on campus??? (Yes I'm bitching)

Every now and again I'll see a student on LSU's campus wearing something from another school. Usually it is a hoodie, running shorts, or a hat. Why? Today I parked near a guy with Texas plates, and three different aTm stickers on his car. He got out, walked to class.

I understand that if you're in grad school you'd wear your undergrad stuff, and I fully support that. But seeing someone in an undergraduate class with an Ole Miss, Oregon, or Florida hat just irks me. Maybe I'm a prude, but if you like that school so much then why aren't you going to that school.

(I know there are exchange programs, but those aren't so numerous as to account for the frequency of sightings.)

I was in the Union last semester overhearing some dipshit talking about transferring to 'Bama because he wanted to see a football national championship.
