Updated-People throwing filled water jugs through windshields in Ascension

I have seen three separate incidents on Facebook about a car with its brights on and throwing gallon jugs filled with water through cars windshields as the pass in the opposite directions at high speeds. Pictures of the cars are flicked up. Highway 621 and also 933 I believe Anyone else heard about this?

Sounds like a legitimate reason for vehicular homicide. "You turned the car around and ran over the kid who threw the jug." "Well how should I have known I was turning around? I had no windshield and I had water in my eyes!"

Easy way to get someone killed. Dumb asses are gonna do that to the wrong person and wind up killing someone or getting killed in retribution.

I remember this many many years ago. kids were throwing concrete off of overpasses. Killed friend of my sister's teacher. (I was in middle school at the time)

Is there anything appropriate that one could throw at a vehicle to express road rage? Dip spit? Cup of coffee? Handful of change?

It happened in the late 80's were they were throwing pieces of concrete and brick from a moving car at oncoming cars. Killed a guy's wife that I played golf with a few times.
