I saw a guy texting as he walked toward a set of escalators. He was trying to go up, but picked one going down instead. Fell on his arse, got up, looked around to see if anyone noticed.

I saw a guy walk right into a wall at the DFW airport. Had his nose in his phone right after he got off the plane and didn't see the big 90 degree turn right in front of him.
